Rapid Prototyping

Our rapid prototyping process allows us to convert a 3D file to a finished product with limited manual operations.  During this process we utilize automatic unfolding and bending solutions to achieve a pre-engineered part before it hits the shop floor.  This design process allows us to visually inspect a part before it is built, reducing chances of quality issues down the road.

The FARO Arm allows us to quickly inspect parts, as per print dimensions required by our customers.
